| Peter Mac cares for more cancer patients each year than any other Australian hospital, providing treatments such as radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgery, combined with specialist services such as imaging, pathology, pharmacy, palliative care and allied health services. We see around 8,400 new patients each year and in 2007-08 we provided over 20,000 inpatient treatments and over 200,000 outpatient services. At Peter Mac we believe that cancer care should be based on the type of tumour and a team of experts gathered to deliver a comprehensive treatment plan.
