Foundation - Peter Mac Foundation

Welcome to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation

Cancer is Australia's leading cause of death. It will affect every single Australian at some point during their lives. That is why we strive to maintain the belief of Sir Peter MacCallum - that nothing but the best is good enough in the treatment of cancer.

Today, The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is Australia's only dedicated cancer hospital. It treats over 25,000 patients every year and houses the largest cancer research centre in the southern hemisphere. There has never been a more exciting era of cancer discovery.

Still, there is much more to do to increase survivorship. With the support of philanthropists, corporations and community, we are making amazing progress. We hope to completely eradicate cancers and spare patients and their loved ones from the suffering it causes.

You can help us achieve that dream.
